
| Site Reports on the construction of Epiphany's new Parish Hall.

Site Report – Friday, November 22, 2002Hand rails have been installed on the South side of the building and on the Southeast stairway. Anchor drilling will continue tomorrow. Building Committee members were given Service Training for equipment installed in the new building. Outside walk around scheduled for Friday, 11-22-02 to develop a Punch List of required finish items. Site Report – Thursday, November 21, 2002 Preliminary work on the Drive is nearing completion. Timing for Asphalt application has not been established. Prep to drill holes for hand rails. Items on Inside Punch List are being taken care of as time permits. 6 yard concrete pour completed on Wednesday. This is the last pour on the schedule. Site Report – Wednesday, November 20, 2002 Approximately 1/2 of the anchor holes for hand rails have been drilled. Drilling has been suspended until minor corrections can be made to some hand rail components. Grading on South side of site continuing. On site review of 2nd Landscape proposal was made today. Minor additions will be suggested. Site Report – Tuesday, November 19, 2002 Asphalt on drive will be completed today. Painting or striping will be deferred until the asphalt has cured. Initiated drilling footing holes for hand rails on South side of building. Continue grading on Southeast corner of site. Site Report – Monday, November 18, 2002 Asphalt is scheduled to be place on the Drive today. Making minor adjustments to hand rails before installation.
